Hello, blogging world.
Just in case you were wondering....I am back from my little beginning of summer hiatus. I have a goal to continue posting on this fairly regularly. At least once a week. It keeps me going in an artistic direction, even if I'm the only one reading it =]. Since being in Provo, Utah I have been traveling to Southern Utah, New York, Atlanta, Connecticut, the lovely Massachussetts, and I am finally sitting on solid ground in the humid and hot Augusta, GA. So I will probably have a few artistic entries from those places in the futur proche. Expect plus de frenglish. Parce qu'au derniers temps c'est comment je pense ET je parle.

Also, I left my pretty red moleskine on a plane from Denver. Sucks. So my kind sister Maya bought me a new black one. Elle est vraiment gentile (et riche).
This is a Sargent facial study. I love John Singer Sargent--mainly because of his eye for the angles of the face. And his eye for unique female beauty.

"I am officially a white person, or, the pretty mexican boy."
Yes, I bought a moleskine. No, that does not magically make me Ernest Hemingway. Yes, it feels kind of good. I'm done with school, so I figured this would be a treat to myself and something to record this beautifully anticipated summer with. Its paper is so....so smooth. The last photo is this mexican boy in my figure drawing class that is beautiful and shy. I love that combination, its so Amélie Poulain.
